I Like it but look to cartoon. Bcoz the target group it middle age people to upper age.may be the logo and design look more premium.
But this logo look good. may be it work for other product line.
about this logo :
1.Add more cat foot print. and make pet food in blow more shape.
2.Put some cat or dog cartoon like for cat food put cat , food dog food put the dog.
