  Hello contest holder. Typically, the scope of your work demands a higher price, but I understand you simply wish to get ideas on how the facade of your building could be improved, even though you have some of yours already, so, would you be willing to inbox me? primarily, what you would want for now is a 3D of the whole building right? that would take more time and effort than you thought if want something qualitative that would explore the house' potentials for an exterior upgrade

  Also, you have not included any pictures of the other two sides of the building, although I know you are not looking at architectural or structural correctness right now, but It's better to develop any ideas wholly so you can actually implement/effect the changes/redesign

  will I extend the dormer to the entire right end of the right portion of the house, which will increase the dormer size ?or will I shift the dormer to the entire right? how will I send you picture? there is no option to add file/ photo in the comment box.

  hello, do I have to design only the front elevation of the existing house ? or will I design a new house by getting the idea from your provided house? will I create the dormer at the whole length of the right portion of the house or just one at the middle of the right portion or create two /three small size dormer throughout the whole length of the right portion?

     Hi Shuvo, thank you for your comments. I am trying to figure out how to update the exterior of our house on a budget. I would like to purchase new windows, update the front entrance, and increase the dormer size. Instead of being the in the middle, I would like to extent both ends so it goes across the entire right side of the house. Could you send me an example of the type of picture you could provide? I am not that familiar with the architectural software and all that is needed to create a new visual, so I apologize. I was originally thinking this could be something done in photoshop just to get some ideas, and then once the color scheme and overall design is decided upon, then request architectrual and construction drawings. Please advise, I would appreciate your help!

  Dear contest holder, your work requires the freelancer to do the following:
  1. Study the documents you have provided.
  2. 3D model and texture the house at it's current state based on the photos only.
  3. make 5 changes to the house (dormer,new entrance, new sidings, windows, roof)
  4. create a new landscape design for it.
  5. research and propose other designs also.
  this will probably take a week of full time work to be done properly. Do you think the price is reasonable?

     In my humble opinion, the current price is for one task only, maybe modeling the existing building in 3d, than to design a new facade or replace certain elements and make renders of it will require a larger budget.
     but it's up to you at the end, maybe you'll get someones to do it all for the current price who knows. Thank You for Your Understanding.

     Hello again Wahiduzzaman, please disregard my previous message. Could you please recreate this house using your own dimensions but in the same proportion of the picture? Please create the front view of the house only. We will do the back of the house once we determine the overall schematic/theme for the front. Thank you very much.
