I have Company Values that I would like to have put into a visual format that I can use for posters/printing/internal messaging etc.

We want to use the heart icon in this link above but perhaps in cyan colour which is one of the colours in our branding - together with the actual wording of our values which are:

We embrace change to continually evolve
We solve hard problems that others can’t
We celebrate success as one team
We build trust and empower our teams
One Platform One Team

I am open to the colour/font used for the values. I need something simple and impactful.
