For this project you will be using the provided 3D character models to create the texture designs for my characters.
These characters are going to be used in a kids mobile game similar to PK XD, I have provided some screenshot images of the PK XD characters just to give you an idea of what they have done in their game.

Requirements for this project:
1: Create/design a texture "skin" for both the male and female character. The clothing details, facial features, art style etc can all be designed based on your own concept. I am looking to see your creativity and art style and because I do not have a specific reference in mind I would like you to come up with this on your won.
2: Currently my provided character models head size is too big, I would like the head size reduced around 20% in size before starting the design process.
3: I have purchased these character models so I am unsure of the specific program used to create or the compatibility. But what I want you to keep in mind is that once I have picked you as a winner I would need the character to be rigged and setup to work with game program unity and unreal engine. (This will be paid separately as a different project)

  I do not have specific polygon requirements but yes the models provided is what I want used as the character base. The theme is simply an social online world where the kids can play mini games using these characters.
