Contest: Create user interface in PSD format based on the attached 13 page mock up. Key requirement, provide a professional design / system interface. Usability and navigation are critical for design flow. System focus is data management (Insert, Update, Delete) capabilities.

This will be a web-based applications using twitter bootstrap for software development. The two bootstrap templates we use for development are below: Utilize these templates for your design, multiple layouts and controls available.

System Description: The Master Location Database is a centralized comprehensive collection of site demographic categories utilized by various owners consisting of common fields (facility name, address etc.) as well as use specific fields e.g. lease term (Real Estate Services), IP addresses (ISD Network) etc. for support and administrative purposes.
