About US

Zulzi is an on-demand delivery platform where you can order from restaurants, pharmacies, liquor and grocery stores.
This is the first online digital mall in Africa which will enable you to get back to what you care about which is serving the best liquor in the country.
Everything is delivered in less than one hour.
Customers uses a mobile app to connect with the stores that are within a 6 kilometers radius.
The nearest driver is notified instantly when there is an order that they need to attend to.
We empower communities to shop local with no waiting, and empower businesses through our API to offer delivery.
We make a real impact on your business when your product is featured in the app, new customers can discover it and loyal customers can have it more often.
Zulzi will provide all the relevant stakeholders with insight analytics, ratings and comments regarding all orders fulfilled online via Zulzi.

HOW IT WORKS?

Customers download the Zulzi app which is available for iOS and Android.
Customers register on the app.
Set the delivery location to see all the stores around.
Place the order for the item that you want.
Pay the cost of the items plus the delivery fee of R40.
Payments can be via Credit Card, Debit Cards or Cash on Delivery.
Track the progress of the order via the app.
Customers can also chat live with the driver or the Zulzi customer service team.
Once Zulzi has delivered, you are able to rate the service and also provide comments.
