We are opening a new nursery, and need a double sided A5 flyer to inform the local residents that we are open.
Please see attached word document which contains, a list of information we need on the flyer. As well as our logo attached in multiple formats.
I also attach, an old flyer that was done - I designed this, however now we want a flyer that is original, and designed by a professional - so only the information needs to be extracted not the design.

The new flyer does not need to say register interest, instead it should say contact us to arrange a viewing. PLEASE MAKE SURE IT IS NOT JUST A COPY OF THE DESIGN I HAVE ATTACHED, LOOKING FOR ORIGINALITY.
