- CrossFit Workouts and Exercises - Body Parts such as Biceps, Muscles, etc. - CrossFit Gear / Equipment - Cape Town City - Atlantic Ocean - Sea Waves - Sunrise - South African Flag - Ropes - Chains - Lighthouse - Anchor. You may use combination of roughness and rusted effects also. Thank you.

  That;s a seriously long list of concepts to add into a logo. It would look too busy. It's like that saying .. "throw in everything u got .. and the kitchen sink as well". May I suggest reducing to 2 or 3 concepts. Anyway you are going to get a lot of generic "workout/ weightlifting/powerlifting" logos.
