We are the Manitoba Mountain Biking Association ( MMTBA ). Located in Manitoba, Canada, we are a non-profit organization dedicated to partnering land owners with trail builders in order to build, maintain, and upgrade mountain bike trails in Manitoba. Mountain bike Trail builders (Builders) are the backbone of the outdoor recreational scene. Equestrian, hikers, and trail runners all use the trails that the builders create. Trail building is an art.

Manitoba is not known as a mountain biking mecca, but we do what we can with the limited elevation that we have to work with. We are looking to expand the offerings to the local rider base and increase everyone's skill with more, and better, trails for the outdoor enthusiast.

I am looking for a logo, colour pallette, and font selection for the the organization and it's marketing materials.

For the logo:
I believe I want 3 colours
It should be a defined border, likely black in colour (or high contrast)
I believe I want the shape of the border should be left/right symmetrical and top/bottom symmetrical
The interior shapes should be simple. Overall a simple logo. I don't want people to be overwhelmed with detail.
I believe I want a landscape. Not intricate detail.
It will be eventually printed as a high quality decal for placement on mountain bikes and car windows. Please keep that in mind as well.
I believe my preference is a logo with NO letters within the border
Please see a sample logo from the nsmba that I have attached.It's simple and effective.

MB is the acronym for Manitoba
MTB is an acronym for mountain bike

For the colour pallette:
I believe I want 6 colours. All the colours in the logo should be available in the pallette.

For the font:
I want something that looks great in the colour pallette derived from the logo. It can be an out of the box font, I just want something selected that is clear, easy to read. I believe Arial to be a great solution to my requirements, but I'm looking for something a little different if possible.

Enclosed in my file are some pictures of Manitoba, mountain bike, and trail tools. Each picture has a description that I placed in there.
