I am looking for a logo and branding design. You must know how to work in Sketch files. I want a full style guide with Font heirarchy, color palette, and logo usage. I want something with attitude, professional, and timeless style. The name of the Design Agency is Black Flag Design. And I would like to have a flag incorporated into the logo. The color palette should be black and white, with one accent color that can be used in gradients or for limited usage.

I'll attach some references of a style guide I'd expect and other logos that I enjoy so that you can get an idea of what I like.
