Monet House

The logo and graphic design for corporate stationary is for Monet House, a self-catering house situated on a golf course, on the banks of the tranquil section of the Vaal River near Parys, in the Free State, South Africa.

Monet House place into your hands a landscape within which the surrounding atmosphere of abundant fresh air, the calling of a fish eagle, a river quietly following its own destiny heightened by changing light intensity allows you to experience serenity and true relaxation from your lounge chair.

Logo and stationary design look at feel:
1. Monotone (Grey's/Silver/Black/White) - Combination or just one color
2. Simple and Clean design (not too busy to loose effect)
3. House is symmetric that could be used for visual effect or a golf course as it is a self-catering house on a golf estate (open to other ideas for the logo as well)
4. Could add a border e.g. oval or similar for visual impact (see attached drawing of using the house lines and the light/ocher walls)
4. Focus on monotone i.e. grey but could add a touch of ocher or royal blue (e.g. for the lights/walls in the house or the blue of the water (see attached drawing)
5. House is French inspired by Monet the master at painting light, atmosphere and water.
