I need to re-design the logo for Dorar.net Establishment. The establishment is an organization specialized in developing encyclopedias about Islamic Sciences in Arabic language. The encyclopedias are published for free access in the organization website www.dorar.net. The organization also work as publisher for printed Arabic books and encyclopedia.

The current logo design is composed of three components: logo, title, and slogan. These are shown with explanations in the attached PDF file.

The new design must contains also logo, title, and slogan.
For the logo, I need your creativity and imagination to produce new logo that must indicate three important things:
1) Islamic Sciences.
2) Global spread.
3) Technology.

For the title, the current one is written by a special font called "Fostat". The font will be provided in the attachment. It is highly preferred to use Fostat font, but it is not a must. If you are going to use Fostat font, we want you to draw it by hand (and not using the digital font), to look more professional with the human touch.

For the slogan, it must be written under the title in any Arabic font you prefer, as long as it is fit with the designs of the previous two components (the logo and the title).

The new design should be majestic, modern, simple, and quiet.

You can use any colors you prefer as long as they are satisfy our needs.

The design will be used:
- in the Internet (websites, social media, and emails),
- in the books, publications, and printouts,
- in the banners, and signs
- in the stationary of the organization (letter head, fax sheets, envelops, business cards, and PowerPoint Templates)
- in the financial/accounting documents (bills, receivables, etc)
- in the marketing publications (brochures, annual reports, etc.)

When you finish the design, you have to implement it on the following stationary:
- letter head (A4 paper size),
- fax sheets: cover sheet, and content sheet,
- envelops (A4 and A5 sizes),
- business cards,
- PowerPoint Templates

All the designs should be submitted in the following formats: AI, EPS, PSD, JPG

I need to clarify to all of you the real meaning of the name of the organization. This is important because the name is used in the design as the title. The name of the organization in Arabic is (الدرر السَّنية).
The name has two words.
The first word means: the pearls, especially the big pearls.
The second word has two meanings: 1- The elevated thing. 2- The luminous and shining thing.

So, the overall meaning of the name of the organization is: "THE ELEVATED, LUMINOUS, AND SHINING PEARLS".

So, it will be a strong added value to your work if you consider this meaning when you think in your concepts of design.

A special note for Arab speakers: the second word is not from "SUNNAH", it is from "SANAA". So, do not link your design to Sunnah or to Prophet Muhammad (Peace be upon him). Also, any design has some parts of Prophet Muhammad Mosque in Madinah will be rejected.

Please do not use any symbol related to any Natural Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Health, Nuclear, DNA, etc).

What I mean by the Islamic Sciences is all sciences related to Islam Religion. In other words, all sciences about Quraan, Hadith, Tafseer, Aqeedah, Fiqh, Sharyaah, Islamic Ethics, Arabic language, Islamic History, etc. All of these are different fields of Islamic Sciences.
