Hello! I've got an amazing team of analysts, and we're kicking off a little re-branding effort. We'd love to create a team logo in the Miami Vice style (see attached for example of the logo we're initially visualizing). We want to use this for laptop stickers and t-shirts.

Your awesome creativity can help make it happen! Here's the key elements to help guide this request:
- Our team name is: "Radical". We want the Radical name in any logo. We're OK with an extra word (ex. "Team Radical") if it helps make the visual flow.
- Logo style/color: Miami Vice logo is our inspiration. We like the general color scheme (but are open to some alternates, particularly making the colors a bit more vibrant)
- Logo font: The Miami Vice font is pretty. If you've got something nicer, certainly open to it.
- Logo format: High quality/resolution JPG is fine. A logo version with a transparent background that would be huge positive.
