Hi
I would like to award the project to the designer\developer that comes up with the freshest \ cleanest & coolest interface for two menus of our responsively designed web application.
I am looking for the best way to professionally represent the data in our menu.

Generally, needs to keep inline with our corporate colour scheme.

Specifics:
Dashboard;
Menu \ Gauges need some creative flair to make the menu better represent the data on the screen (the gauges are all relative to the volume of results in all menus).
The design, needs to be made into a workable solution in html.. We use the Microsoft development stack for our application, so any 'gauges' used preferrably are available free to use.
Dashboard needs to work within the current menu structure (ie only designing for the white area).
Dashboard needs to be responsive (ie good for mobile, tablet & desktop)

Advisor Menu (5 menus required but only difference is number of columns in each menu);
The Benchmark row is to always be highlighted (regardless of what row is selected).
Highlight the selected row (on & off view).
For each column, highlight the 10% of records above the benchmark score (red-bad)
For each column, highlight the 10% of records furthest below the benchmark score (green-good)
Up arrows\down arrows, etc be creative, yet professional or other ideas to highlight the records that need to be seen on a screen of busy numbers

Better highlight column that has been sorted better, default to descending order.

Needs to work within the current menu structure (ie only designing for the white area).

If tools like Sketch are used we willl need the outputs converted to html.

You need to be willing to work with our developers to get the content required to enable us to apply the design in our software, provide html or whatever is generally required.
