***Update 4/26/18 - I just realized that I didn't upload the sample images. Please see attached for ideas. I'd like the Sun to be the main focal point. Kind of like a mascot. Then the rest can be incorporated with it.***

I'm looking for a logo for my new business. The company is "Solar Shaved Ice" and focuses on using solar panels on the vehicle and using the power of the sun to run the equipment versus a generator or propane. If you're familiar with Snowie/Kona Ice/Tikiz trucks then you'll know the business model.

The concept is pretty simple. Design a sun, solar panel, and shaved ice. Be creative and I'll provide as much feedback as possible.

Attached are some examples to give you inspiration. One neat idea would be to have the rays of the sun as solar panels. I'm not sure how that would look, but perhaps someone wants to mock up one? It doesn't have to look that way though. It's just something that came into my mind while typing up this request. I'm very open to ideas and look forward to what you have in mind.

Clean lines, cartoon style, and also include the words "Solar Shaved Ice" in the logo as well. This will be used on business cards, the website, social media, etc. so I'll need vector, source files, business use, all that good stuff.

I'm liking the concept of the sun getting a tan using the solar panel as a reflector board. Currently I have 3 designs (66, 67, 70) and will have my friends and family vote on those when the contest is over. If you would like to submit a design with a similar concept for consideration, please do so. Another idea would be to have the sun holding an umbrella and the umbrella is made like a solar panel.

Once I find the artist that I like, I'll be hiring to make other drawings using the same logo style since I'll need to have it in different positions.

  Thank you for your interest in the project. Yes, I'm waiting for the full amount of time on the contest before I pick a winner. My latest contest that was for a month didn't get the winning entry until the very last minute. So I definitely wait and make my decisions once I'm closer to the end date.

If it helps, I'm planning on using the flower cup design for the shaved ice. If you search for "shaved ice flower cup" you can see what I mean. If you look at it from the top, it's the shape of a sun. So that's part of that theme.

Just to clarify, I'd like a picture of a shaved ice in the hand of the sun. Similar to the drink as shown in the examples. Since this is a shaved ice truck, that should be advertised well otherwise people may think I'm selling solar panels when that's not the case. It's a shaved ice business with an environmentally "green" approach. Thanks
