I want to improve on my design , make it smaller, stack-able, find a way for the milk cups to fit tight and not drop in transport.

I was only thinking that, while the creamers in the holes look good, I must admit hat we usually go through a lot of milks and creamers when we go out for our coffee. Also, I figure its a bit fussy for staff to take the time to put the creams and milks into each hole. Why not make the bottom area more like an open section whereby a ring of creamers would fit around the base? The inside of the base would be closed -- as you would have an inner cylinder running down the middle.

The sugar and sweeteners would go into a donut shape around the inner cylinder, and then the inner circle would be for trash from creamers and paper from sweeteners. The inner cylinder would be sticking up the highest, and would be extractable, so staff could quickly empty out the trash and replace in the device.

By making the centre circle tallest, you can then have symbols on it with crumpled paper and empty creamer and an arrow pointing to the top of the centre canister. Hopefully people will figure out this is for putting the trash. A lot of folks will be in the habit of putting the garbage elsewhere, but hopefully will learn to place it into the canister in future. ...could even have a recycle symbol on it in green.

People clearing tables can readily pick up the paper and plastic garbage and toss into the top of the cylinder. This would actually help with recycling as it keeps food garbage separate from paper and plastic garbage (recycled separate from food stuffs).

yes. you can build a nice tower. basically every holowed object that have the bottom diameter biger than the upper is stack-able. I will prepare a section stack simulation. and will show you. somehow. I will find a way

I am sure will be reduced but the size of the cream pack is fix. You will get a different design.

Hi. you just purchased a huge model. whithout any maths is like 20 cm + . In brif you asked for smaller than your initial model.
