Resumen del concurso

Our company, BeeSmart, is looking to start a communal living project at one of our properties, but we need to redecorate the exterior design so that it stands out visually. Open the attached files to see the property. The main focus should be on "M-1". We are BEE-themed so try to convey this somehow. Feel free to chat with me to exchange ideas on how to advertise the building as co-living. This is only 1 of our many projects, so if you win the contest, you will receive priority choosing for future projects.

UPDATE: I have uploaded a site plan as well. Please feel free to do a quick sketch of which activities we should host in the open areas, such as billiards, basketball court, bonfire, etc.
