Resumen del concurso

You will be designing and coding the HTML, CSS, and basic javascript for a front-end GUI customer relations management tool (CRM) for a used car dealership. You will NOT need to worry about server/backend coding; we will handle that. This is for the actual UI/UX aspect of the tool. The final design must be adaptive to work on a tablet (iPad, etc.) and various sized desktop computer monitors. You will NOT need to make a “mobile/phone” version.

To be awarded winner you MUST have all HTML, CSS, and javascript working across multiple browsers (Desktop: MS Edge/IE, Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and Tablet: Chrome & Safari). Additionally, the code must be CLEAN and fast to download on a slow internet connection. I will NOT accept a submission that uses multiple CSS/JS libraries; you must keep the overall package of includes small. Also please do NOT use jquery or similar, thanks :)

I am looking for a long-term relationship with a good developer. I have a lot more work and can keep you busy if you do a good job.

Attached is a scan of a hand-drawn design idea along with step-by-step details for each section. Please excuse my horrible drawing abilities :)

Is bootstrap ok for templating/responsiveness (just the CSS classes with jQuery/JS omitted)?

No, I would prefer a well written, concise, CSS that is specific to this project.
