I need the following art:
Naked lady shadow figure. Sexy. Beautiful. Sassy. But no color..shadow only
Lady is holding a torch in right hand over her head. This is modeled after the American Statue of Liberty. Torch should glow red light.
Left hand is the American "Scale of Justice" symbol, symbolizing fairness, truth.
She will be a background image on our home page, but prominent enough to capture attention of all visitors.

The website is for adult entertainment. Recently in America a law passed to ban most forms of adult advertising. We are making this site to allow all the people with no access anymore, to come here and post ads, meet, chat, etc. The image of the girl comes from the American Statue of Liberty, which represents the shelter America once gave to refugees who fled oppression in their home nations. We are offering shelter now to the oppressed refugees from all the closed websites in America. Thus the image must try to capture the "Statue of Liberty" essence, but artistically remodeled into a naked and beautiful woman, who must live in shadow now. The red light is symbolic of the famous "red light" district, where sex was openly advertised.
