We are a group of entrepreneurs who started a blockchain based game project. The project is a blockchain NFT basketball game project that can be considered like a collectible card game.

All the basketball players in the game is minted as NFT and they are transferable. So the player cards should look fancy and charming :) We would like to design these basketball players like avatars. But in the future they can be animated too. The players should may look like panini basketball cards (https://www.paniniamerica.net/2020-21-panini-contenders-nba-trading-cards-hobby.html) The player in the cards has to be designed in one camera angle and should be created randomly this means we want illustrator to draw 10 different eye , 10 different mouth, 20 different hair, 5 different skin color, 5 different hair color etc. Please take a look at the site https://getavataaars.com/ which generates a random avatars. Our game will use the same design concept. We will put all layers on top of each other to create the avatar. But we do not want this look we need better one.

Please do not forget that you should work layer by layer like the photos attached.
Once we like the submitted designs we will post a project with fix budget and then we would like to work this freelancer as contract based for further designs

Do you prefer a front-facing angle or an "in-movement" angle for the avatars?

  side ways is better. But the problem we have to consider is there will be 10 ear designs and the ear should be randomly inserted to the face. Same as mouth eye hair etc.
