Sunday Dinner Publishing is an indie publishing company founded in 2019. We are looking for someone to ILLUSTRATE our next 32-paged picture book. The larger project pays $500, but for the contest we'd like to see the best cover design for the book below.

All STOCK image covers will be rejected.

Book Synopsis:
"Sunday Dinner" is a tale about family traditions and the magic of time spent with family and friends. Set in the backdrop of a bustling city, "Sunday Dinner" is a special time, a time for family, and laughter; a time for passing plates and traditions...

The story follows a Black family as they celebrate the tradition of Sunday dinners. The story is told by the little brother (who should be featured prominently on the cover). During each meal guest bring their own tradition and dishes to dinner. The cover should reflect 5 serving dishes (using the colors - red, blue, yellow, green, and orange.). Please leave space for the author and illustrator names (you can use 'Big Bird' as a name holder).
