We currently send visa requirements to clients but they look very ugly and plain.

I have attached as examples 4 emails.

We wish to make emails pretty and easy to read and understand. Some emails are full of text and not easy to read.

We wish to standardise the sections too.

You can see we start off with "Document needed" followed by
"princing" followed by
"what next"

To be donoted by Icons
Visa Type: Is it LABEL visa or EVISA
Appointment Required: Yes or NO
Fingerprints Required: Yes or NO

Please redesign the emails keeping in mind that they will be added as signatures from within outlook.

Also please make a standard design that we can follow for future emails. Use of colours based on our logo.

Any and all ideas will be apprecaited.
