If you are an Average designer then please do not waste my time.
I want HTML 5 Coding + Css page along with images. You can use or modify existing images or include your own images.
I am looking for an Attractive Landing page design.

Our client is running an online website and he is offering 3 days free trial (no credit card required ) service.
On the same Landing page a Signup form is also present.

Problem: Website traffic is coming but currently; the website users bounce rate is too high and people are not even filling the signup form.
The website form and page was created using HTML 5 and JQuery Header. We used PHP to validate all the signup form fields.

Task: Re-Design one Landing Page and Signup Form.
Make a good looking landing page plus signup form. You could re-arrange images or H1 tag etc..
It is our understanding that clearly written text, Good colors, Color combination, Color scheme and images etc.. attract people to fill and
submit the signup form. So, make and design the one!

:: A note about PHP form validation used in Signup form ::
This is not a Signup form to create a password for a Member Area. Once a user fills and submits the form then we receive client details via email.
All form fields are mandatory but this job is not about PHP form validation as we have already done this task.
So, do not mess up with form validation as it is already working fine.
You are only going to re-design the Sign up form and you are NOT going to re-create the form validation.

Inside Signup form; if a user leaves an empty field or text area then PHP form validation script shows
an error message on a "Second Page" instead of a "Thank you page".
You are required to use same colour scheme on a "Second Page" as well.

The whole website template has a color scheme and you should not use a completely different colour scheme.
You can use, re-use and modify existing website images.
You must submit 2 mock ups of a Landing page plus Signup form.
Your work and design must be with in the limits of existing website dimensions (height and width).
You can reduce the height/length of a page, if required.

Payment terms: We will place the money in a milestone. Once you finish the task, we will then release the payment.

Hello, you mention that you use a jQuery Header, which im assuming its a template you have created and place on all your pages. My question is, what does this header include? Does it include the green top bar? does it inculde the yellow navigation bar? does it include the slider images? and does it include the social network bar? Knowing what this includes will give me/us a better idea of what you would need to stay on the page for us not to touch. Let me know when you can. Thanks.

i think its too low prize, to create psd then code it, and then include php to server. or you will give extra money? because I can create User friendly landing page, but not code it for this low budget

I am not asking you to re-design the whole website, just want to Re-Design Landing page plus signup form. You can create a mock up first in Adobe Photoshop or similar program, just to show me your idea but I want a final product which is a HTML 5 + Css coding files.
