Resumen del concurso

I've sketched out a logo for the neighborhood shop/clubhouse. However, my design skills stop at MS Paint. The concept is a crossed wrench and bottle, the bottle has 2017 on the label. The letters CTC in 3 of the quadrants (not sure if the T is better on top of bottom, you pick). And last in Latin on scroll is SINE BRACCAS.
