We are a freight forwarding company called Austrans and require our website to be updated. Our current site is host with another provider in their CMS (of which we have little information on).

The look and feel of our website is outdated and needs refreshing.

We are also looking to possible integrate with some 3rd party sites for customer interactions. The integration is outside the scope of this particular project, but it needs to be considered so we don't paint ourselves into a corner and create something that needs to be rebuilt in 3 - 6 months when the requirements becomes relevant.

      I do not want to keep the existing CMS. It is something we have little visibility and knowledge of. It isn't easy to use and update and we do not have the ability to integrate with anything else from what I have been told by our current provider.

      This hasn't been finalised yet, but one of them in a proprietary system that has been developed inhouse. This is built in Filemaker and can be interacted with through PHP.

      We are looking at using some 3rd party web apps to provide forms for our customers to fill out for a number of different things. I want to ensure that this requirement is considered with the design of the website (mainly the technical design) to ensure this is possible and there is not a complete redevelopment required.
