Project to redesign website (Bootstrap OR ground up HTML / CSS)
We are looking to redesign the UI / Bootstrap for the website for http://www.paradorsofspain.com

We need a layout (grid) then based on approved layout, bootstrap design done for our aspx (dot net) site.

The transactional part will stay the same.
The main pages to be converted will be :
1. Page for Search of Paradors to be changed -
http://www.paradorsofspain.com/paradoresbyregion.aspx and http://www.paradorsofspain.com/searchparadores.aspx
These will merge to be one page.

2. The box with search requirements where we select the parador and search for availability will stay (but of course designed differently)

3. The other page that will need change in design will be
http://www.paradorsofspain.com/paradoresdetails.aspx
This is the page that will be showing all the content from the property. This page needs redesign and possible pagination on scroll for different sections (Overview, Location, Services, Activities, Reservation and Photo Gallery).

The reservation section will be "floating" for the guest to be able to make the reservation right away.

No coding required -
Only design of pages and bootstrap (Or overall html / css from scratch) for home page, searching parador by region or type, search results, Availability, button for book now,
The page of the parador should cover current placeholders -
Overview, Location, Address, Services, Photo Gallery, Reviews, Satisfaction Rating, shopping cart, recent searches, "People who booked this also booked" and a section of
"Why book here" - currently shown as "All reservations are done in US$ and your credit card is charged in US$ WITHOUT any international charges (for US Cards). Your rates will NOT INCREASE once the reservation is processed no matter what happens with Currency exchange rates. "

The functionality of the site will be the same. This will be phase 1. Any other changes will be in phase 2 which may be given to the winner if the work is done and delivered properly.

Both logos needed. They are virtually one - Any change may be suggested but they both are basically integrated

do i need to use bootstrap or am i allowed to code it from scratch aswell?
