Se trata de un sitio web sobre sorteo/rifas, en la página se espera tener una lista de X cantidad de números donde se puedan reversar X cantidad de números por cierto tiempo (Si en ese tiempo no se marca como pagado o reservado al 100%, volvería a estar disponible), donde la misma página genere un folio único que ingresándolo a un buscador pueda verse el/los números(s) seleccionado(s) y el estado de estos (si están reversados o ya pagados) y demás cosas...
