Got an existing website of a Restaurant+catering, easy, basic pages, nothing too technical, no ecommerce, no blog, basic functionality want it to be migrated from the old system to Wordpress to a nice looking restaurant template. Total at the moment MENU+ 4 pages + contacts page. each page containing some text some static images, maybe photo gallery here or there. Extract images from old page frontend and move everything and set up on new site I like some parallax effects where possible. please suggest budget and plugins or template framework you are suggesting for the job. I need to create an app that uses GPS to introduce new information to the user. The app would function like a tour guide. When the user goes to a certain GPS coordinate, the app would reveal text or images or play audio specific to those GPS coordinates.
