The type of business that I have is a machine and controls design (which includes robotics). I was thinking of a human arm with a robotic hand blended via photoshop or something. Develop a program showing the target area from a hunters point of view on a moving deer on video (see attach...picture). When I run a video with a deer, I want the target area to show on the deer from different angles. Does not have to be accurate. Just a dot in the middle of the chest, moving along with the deer. I think is the right software to do this job. There are some other alternatives on but as far as I can see, opencv is the right choise.
