We're seeking an animator to create an aerial animation of traffic and pedestrian movement along a beachside promenade in tropical Australia. We are encouraging people, businesses and our local Council in Palm Cove Australia to close Williams Esplanade, Palm Cove to conventional traffic and create a promenade. Some people find it difficult to picture what it might look like. So we think that an aerial animation might help them to understand what we are proposing. We created a website There is an 11 minute video at that talks about the concept in some depth. The animation would become the header on the home page.
