We have recently moved to Quickbooks. We have no knowledge in it and would like someone to help us to use it. For example Quickbooks does not have a Fixed Assets module - we would like someone to receommend a plugin for that, and show us how to use it, as well as to be a resource for any questions that we might have. We would ask also for some basic training guides on how we specifically use Quickbooks for easy internal reference. Quickbooks Pro Adviser preferred.

I have a spreadsheet that uses an extract file from ...spreadsheet that uses an extract file from Hosthub, and calculates the manager fees, the Channel fees (eg Airbnb, ), linen and cleaning, amounts payable to the owners. There are two static tabs (Owners, Channel), six where the file from Hosthub generates calculations (the red tabs in the attached .png). and three where filtering is used to determine outputs for a web-based accounting system (Xero) and for the Owners (Stay Summary).
