This is a full-time position. You will be scheduling the maintenance technicians to go out in the field and complete the work orders assigned to them. You will need to speak Spanish to speak to the contractors and English to talk to the tenants and your manager. You should be comfortable making and receiving phone calls and using , Appfolio, and Google Suite as these are our main software management tools. You should have a strong work ethic and a passion to learn and succeed at work and in life. You should also be well-organized and self-motivated.
