Ideal Steel was engaged by Finlayson Timber & Hardware to prepare shop drawings and fabricate a bespoke curved staircase and custom balustrades. Our scope was limited to the fabrication and supply of the steelwork—we did not install the balustrades or provide engineering certification. The builder has now requested a Form 15 for the bespoke steel balustrade system.
