POSITION OVERVIEW:Livevox is the company behind one of the most successful cloud application platforms in the US. We have an immediate opening for a QA Tester to participate in developing the next stage of the LiveVox Voice Portal. We’re looking for someone with at least 2 years of experience in real-world enterprise QA testing and in-depth understanding of QA best practices. This role will work closely with development Software Engineers and QA Team. The ideal candidate will enjoy working in a fun, fast-paced, and sometimes stressful environment.QUALIFICATIONS-B.S. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related discipline.-Knowledge of software testing best practices. -Experience in regression testing- verifying bugs- running regression tests for each bug fixed.-Prefer experience with bug tracking and test planning tools.-Analyze reported bugs and assist in replicating.-Prefer familiarity with web based technologies.-Prefer familiarity with SQL and relational databases. -Experience with the Software Development Life cycle.
