We require a professional and easy to use website for Angielyns Collections, a uniform company with over 20 product categories. The website should have a design and layout similar to [login to view URL] and [login to view URL] with coding for the following format and functions: 1. Content Management System- We should be able to upload pictures, text, prices in an organized manner, with the ability to add or delete unlimited PRODUCT LINES, PRODUCT CATEGORIES, and INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS. Please view [login to view URL] for the setup of product lists and presentation. It should be easy to add or delete more PRODUCT LINES, PRODUCT CATEGORIES, and INDIVIDUAL PRODUCTS. On the home page, the linked picture banner that exchanges between 3 or 4 or 5 pictures should be easily changeable in regards to new linked pictures and quantity of pictures being shuffled. On product pages, colors of products should be easily changeable and viewable like the shirts on this page: [login to view URL] By placing the mouse on the color, the picture will change to a picture of the desired product color. There should also be a caption under the picture for a quick description and price. On the Individual product pages, it should be easy to change the in-depth product description. We should also be able to control the quantity options available for each product. (For example, under Angielyns Wholesale section, we will charge $1000 for 100 shirts). We should also be able to design and enable popups that can link to product pages or promotions. We should be able to manage, create, and track promotional codes to give discounts. We should also be able to manage, create, and track quantity discounts that are updated in the shopping cart or time of checkout. Inventory Management and input (see below). We require an email function with 5 email accounts to be integrated with our CMS. 2. Membership Functionality/Payment Gateway/Shopping Cart Function- Members should be able to sign up for our newsletter (Angielyns VIP) to receive free emails and promotions without purchasing anything. Users who purchase items must create an account and add items to the shopping cart. All purchases made by members must be tracked and stored so that it may be used for suggested purchases and company statistical analysis. Product Information should be stored according to a product number which which is input at the time of uploading the product online. At checkout, there should be a checkbox that users can check to receive promotional information. In the shopping cart, we should be able to easily manage promotional codes that will give discounts for a determined period of time. When an order is placed and the payment is batched, a notification should be sent to a designated email and fax machine. The shopping cart should be a secure page and all consumer information should be secure. 3. Newsletter Function- Angielyns VIP-We should be able to send out emails and promotions with a similar basic design that matches the company website. We should be able to send out emails to groups of customers such as "previous customers" and "Angielyns VIP members" 4. Inventory Management Function- We should have the option of displaying how many units we have left of a given product. Also all the products sold should be tracked in an organized format identified by a product number. 5. In-site search engine- The search engine should bring up relevant site pages and products. All searches should be tracked so that improvements can be made. 6. Store Locator- We should be able to upload the address of stores that sell Angielyns Collections and have it available so that the public can locate stores in their area by typing in the Country and State, City, or Zip Code. The Heading should be Locate Stores With Angielyns Collections. 7. Website Analytics/Purchase Suggestions- We would like to have all the analytics of each page being viewed, number of page views, items purchased, conversion rate, links clicked, ect. Based on previous customer's purchases, a banner will show products that the current customer would be interested in. 8. Search Engine Optimization- Title pages and descriptions of each page should be easy to manage to optimize search hits. Please offer as many solutions as possible to increase our page rank. Search engine optimization is a very high deciding factor in our decision to award the job. Please show that you have SEO experience. FORMAT/DESIGN: The format should follow [login to view URL] with the supporting functions (Note: Do not directly copy the tommy hilfiger website or any other website referred to. You will be responsible for any copyright infringement). The design should be white background with use of the color blue in our logo (attached). The homepage displays the company name and logo at the top left corner. Under that, there are main PRODUCT LINES. In the top right corner, there is a in site search engine, Login-in or Register link, Shopping cart, and Checkout box. Under the fold of the page, there is a large linked picture shifting banner. Under the banner, there is a caption and room for a sale link to another page. Under that, there are links for Company Information, Store Locator, Careers, Shipping, Size Guide, Contact, Angielyns Wholesale, Hospital Supply, Vendor Sales, Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy. On the bottom right of the page are links to fan us on facebook, follow us on twitter, and Angielyns VIP sign up (newsletter). The top of the page (above the fold) and the bottom of the page (links below content) Product pages should also follow: [login to view URL] including PRODUCT CATEGORIES on the side, navigation on the top, and products displayed. Clicking on the product will take you to the individual product page with more detailed information and a banner of suggested purchases or "people who viewed this also viewed." Individual product pages also include options for color, amount available, and quantity units. see [login to view URL] Under the Angielyns Wholesale page, there should be another section with a header of PRODUCT LINES that link to more product categories and individual products. All other pages like Company Information can follow a similar format of product pages so the content may be easily managed in the PRODUCT LINE, CATEGORY, ITEM format and look like this express page: [login to view URL] TO BIDDERS: If possible, please show us samples or demos of the CMS layout and management from the back end, the shopping cart front/back ends, inventory management, purchasing tracking, and website analytics. Please refer us to your previous work only if it is relevant to our website.
