Hello, We are looking for BPO Project Manager, please find the job description below: Minimum Experience required for this role : 4 - 8 Years BPO Experience Minimum 2 - 5 years of Project Management Experience Role Responsibilities: Major responsibility includes managing end-to-end process operations - Lead, Operate and Manage a process of associates/agents - Manage individual and team performance expectations and goals, monitoring real time service levels and schedule adherence - Hold team accountable for meeting and exceeding performance targets - Overseeing Department/AM's delivery on all agreed KPI's - Handle Day to day client communication - Weekly quality and efficiency reviews with team and process head - Client communication and reports to share department performance and productivity - Weekly /Monthly review to assess TAT set by client and propose changes if and when required - Oversee employee training and development for continuous skill enhancement
