Kinect object x,y,z coordinates

We need to track a single object from a Kinect device and to obtain the x, y and z coordinates. Specifically, we need a C# or C++ program using Microsoft Kinect SDK that writes in a text file a log of: system time mm:ss.s, x, y and z coordinates such as the attached text file and image in real time. Coordinate values might be in any appropriate units but they must be coherent for example if x (horizontal) coordinate values goes from 0 to 640, y will go from 0 to 480,and depth should be from 100 (0.5 meters) to 1000 (5 meters). Log recording interval might be variable i.e. we might want to change it from 0.1 second to 0.01 second. This change can be done changing directly the code and rebuilding the solution. Within Kinect field of view there will be only one object, an AR Drone, moving and a static background. Object will not be very near the Kinect but approx 3 meters away and will move 1 or 2 meters in every direction, x, y and z. Record logging should be interrupted hitting any keyboard key. Of course, we will need source code.
