I'm a geographer and I'm starting post graduation in cartography and geospatial analisys. I also work several years as a photographer. I understand that the first job is convert pdf to tiff and crop all of them mannualy. After, import maps and georreference them and, at last, export image as geotiff. Converting and editing images before ArcGis importing will delay few days. If I delay one minute to export each image to GeoTiff using ArcGis the necessary time to export 30,000 images will be 500 hours (12.5 working weeks). I'm affraid that 1,000 geolocation maps in a week is a impossible target to do this job. I offered my self to do this job; but I need to be honest to advise what is possible to do. Hi I had reviewed the information shared by you. I can definitely do this work here with a little support from side initially. While going through the model of pricing, I think per hour rate would be best for mutual benefit. So I want to propose that once you provide the input , from here we can propose estimated hours to you. Once you approve those hours we can start the geo-referencing work.

I can guide a set of university students to do this task. I am an expert in ArcGIS and have been working as an intern in NipponKoei Research and development centre experting NKGIAS too.. with the collaboration of university graduates (engineering) I will be able to complete this task in one month for a total cost of $6000.
