I want to create a Google Form with 5 math quiz questions. Each question has parameters whose given values are randomized. For example, a question may be something like: Q. What are the values of x + y and x * y? x=<random number within a range>, y=<random number within a range> So in one instance, a user may see : Q. What are the values of x + y and x * y? x = 2, y = 5 (Answers: 7, 10) And in another instance, a second user may see : Q. What are the values of x + y and x * y? x = -4, y = 8 (Answers: 4, -32) When a user submits the form, all the answers and the parameter values are saved in a Google sheet, together with user's name, date and time. This work will probably require the use of Google App Script. Please only bid on the project if you have the necessary skill to do the job.

Hello, This can't be done using Google forms, but can be done using Google web apps. You can write your questions in a source spreadsheet and send the link of the web app exactly like a link of a web form, then you will get answers inside a google spreadsheet as well. Regards.

Hi there! My bid to do the task as you described is $75, but you may want to consider my proposal below :-) Have you considered Google Apps for this project?! Google Apps are web application hosted on Google servers. Their frontend is built by HTML, CSS and JavaScript like any normal web page. The backend is built by using Google Script "which you are asking to include in your form". A Google App will be interactive. For example, it can show the student how many right and wrong answers he has as he progresses through the quiz, shows hints for the student if he asked for and if you are willing to put a higher budget than I am proposing, we can make the application show step by step answers "like those in Symbolab and math portal" for the questions he missed after going through the whole quiz. Sure it will show random different questions with random choices as you described in the description, that's the main task! I know that I have few reviews here, but all of them are related to Google Script projects. Actually, I started my freelancing career on Upwork. I am a top rated freelancer with a job success score of 99% there. I am trying o build a good profile here as well! I want to point out that I worked as an online math tutor before I start developing Google Apps while I was in college. I worked for Gotit! and MathCrunch.
