create excel macro for a purchase order

We have a stock level listing for different suppliers, up to 100 line items for each supplier in various excel worksheets. We order items to replenish stock levels back to a minimum stock level.
I would like to be able to enter the required amount of each item and to then have this transfer to a purchase order template. I only want the PO to include those lines that we have an order quantity for. (not the full 83 lines). I have attached the sheet we use for one of our suppliers. the others are all largely the same.
I'm happy to take other suggestions on how best to do this.
