Design and Modify a few different templates, brochures, etc.

I need to hire someone who needs to design the following items: 1) I need to create an amazing/eye-catching logo for my company 2) I need to modify and redesign 4 different sheets/templates and include the new logo and make sure the designs look appealing on the new marketing templates. Must be an amazing catchy design that impresses 3) I need to design 2 different brochures: 5.5" x 8.5" front and back designs. 4) I need a design for die-cut business cards (not standard): something that amazes people when they look at it and also it can be any shape (e.g. oval, rounded corners, leaf, etc.) --> please come up with great idea...2"x3.5" front and back 5) I need a design for a 9"x12" Pocket Folder (outside and inside) that matches all the company designs and branding I need to make sure that this project has the following requirements: ASAP completion Unlimited revisions 300 DPI PDF, CMYK colors Quarter Inch Bleed All Around Limited Budget and Time The design needs to develop an amazing branding of this company and needs to be very catchy and convincing. Very important.
