IOQ Site for stores

Hello looking for a developer to help with several stages of a project. Stage 1: Build a website that allows customers to login and view inventory levels of items they are stocking. The customers inventory system will send a file in a simple format to an SFTP site (need this setup as well). The expectation is our site will grab the file and show invenotry levels at each store the customer owns. Not really intrested in athestics at the moment that will come later, just need functionality nailed down. Login--> few available stores (limit view to customer stores only)--> select store-- View items. Stage 2: will be to give access to this same feature via a mobile app.
