Convert a Template to a Website (edited)

Basically I need a revamp of my website www.therealsanta.com.au. - Ideally recreated in in Umbraco. Moving away from Wordpress. - Short Timeline: Testing this Monday 2/11, Launch Next Friday 6/11. - Around 12 pages + 4 Contact Forms + Splash page -Minor Flash animation (as per current site) -Open to new ideas to make the site more innovative -Make site mobile/tablet compatible -Make SEO (Australia) compatible -Must guarantee ongoing support for at least 1 year I will want to move the main business site to [login to view URL] and have each State (in Australia) have their own individual pages and respective contact forms (because they each have different equipment and performers on offer). The gallery and testimonials need to be reorganised and a whole heap of new ones added. And the videos, Social media links, news feed and SEO components need to updated and prioritised. I'm pretty happy with the design artwork so that doesnt need to change much but there will obviously need to be some design component so as to fit with the new structure. That is first priority. The second priority (once the above is up and running) would be to create a flash page (using the current domain [login to view URL]). This will be more about santa himself and attempt to make it as authentic as possible so as to represent it's domain name. There would then be a link to the business site from there for bookings etc. I'm open to suggestions on how this could work for maximum benefit of SEO considering 'the real santa' is the brand that has the reputation but 'santa for hire' will have a distinct advantage for organic SEO.
