Following is my profile: Hi, I am a mechanical engineer with Engineering Consultancy and Manufacturing company by the name of PKECM Services Pvt Ltd. We have a very large and dedicated team of mechanical, electronics hardware and software engineers. We specialize in custom industrial and commercial machine/product design, development & fabrication. We do design using 3D modeling softwares, PCB design tools, etc and simulations of design using various techniques like FEM/FEA, CFD, explicit dynamics, custom programming, etc. In past we have designed complete products like variable stability aircraft (changes its geometry while flying- having more than 800 custom designed parts), glider based payload delivery system/mechanism, desktop coffee roasting machine, gun recoil simulation mechanism, etc to name a few with microcontroller based sensors and controllers. We also have inhouse prototyping and manufacturing facility including 3D printing i.e. SLA and SLS in 3 different polymers, vacuum casting for a range of polymers and aluminum, CNC milling and turning, etc. PCB printing, hardware assembly, product integration & testing is also available.
