Feature Extraction for Satellite Images

My project depended on using satellite images as input data for landsat8 from USGS web site to obtain features with high quality, by using Matlab Program. Also i will take all Landsat 8 bands for processing.
Firstly, crop study area ,and then georefrencing the cropped images.
I had problem with resolution of bands (images) for this satellite, (1-7)bands had 30 m resolution ,band 8 had 15 resolution and band 10 had 100 resolution. So i want to make all of them (30m). Then i will start doing PCA optimization to extract features.
