Exchange server 2003 keeps requesting password also 503.1 error on OWA -- 2

Had log files fill up the drive on Exchange 2003. I have since removed the old log files and restarted services but iphones keep asking for the password. Try getting into OWA and you get a HTTP/1.1 503 Service Unavailable. I then removed the 6 virtual directories and had the server rebuild them per instructions. Even after fixing that, we still have an issue. There must be something missing and I need another pair of eyes that might know something I don't.
