Cleaning IOS and Android App • Fashioned as an Uber style app • App will be separated into two separate sides. 1 for employees and 1 for users. • Need registration and login • Needs GPS location of workers and clients who are logged in • Need GPS directions and time estimation of arrival of employee after job is accepted. • Tracking for employee’s estimated arrival. • View map of your current location. • Section for employees to build profiles telling users about themselves • Needs to have the ability to send out job requests • Need a feature that lets employees accept jobs and requests or deny them based on a 20 second time limit when it is received. • Payment gateway needed for cashless transactions • A portal that the employees could route their bank account information to receive payments. • Client and employee star ratings • Rating system for employees AND Clients. Clients need to be able to rate the cleaners based on a star rating, and have the option to write text reviews of the client that the employees can then read through an option in their profile. Same for the clients. • A Reward system for employees AND clients. Unlocking discounts for cleaning supplies through completing jobs. (Although this likely will not be used until things pick up). For clients we need the ability for them to take advantage of promotions and discounts. • Ability to tip cleaners • Users need to be able to create job requests through provided details (dishes, bathroom, dusting, ect.) • Admin panel and backend for both sides of the app • Information in the Admin panel to connect with prospective employee • Option to link social media accounts to both employee and client profiles. From this point when the client and employee are matched up on a job, it will show if they have common friends and such. • Some way to show news and update information for both employee and client apps • View past jobs for both employee and clients • Track income for employees • Track expenses for clients • Option for new employees to begin the sign up process through the client app • Ability to reach customer support for both employees and clients For the employee side of the app employees must upload before and after pictures of the target areas of a job request as part of their job requirements. Need designs first and they need to look like the attachments i am adding to this description. Built in ionic would be great!
