iPhone/iPad App

I need an iPhone app. I would like it designed and built. I want a bike repair app !! The app needs to have two interface, a service provider's interface and one consumers interface !! First objective of the app is to get all bike service provider in a city to install the app for free. and set hours when he is available !! The consumers will have the following feature, When Costumers open the app there is a camera with which he/she takes a 2-3 photos (of the broken part of the bike) as per requirement .... And then he is provided with a small space where he write in 140 character, about what is the problem. and press enter. Along with the location of the bike this photo is transfered to 10 closes bike repair shop. On the service provider side each bike repair person sees the photo and responds with price and time needed to repair it. the app then take the location of coustmer and supplier calculates the time taken to go there using Google maps and path to reach the shop. The the coustmers receives a notification from each suppliers who responds, stating the price, repair time and travel time. The coustmer can select any one of them, then the exact location of the supplier his name and the Google map path will be provided. And on repair they both can rate each other. The serive is that the app is provided the most reasonable, and quickest repair option of emergency breakdown to the coustmer .....and bringing clients to the supplier If people dont use the app then they can only get the location of the supplier by googling on internet but they will not know the expected time and cost untill they go there and talk to the supplier, herein using location we can identify the most quickest, available and reasonable service provider. And also the rating helps us track and bad service providers can be later removed from the list. But right now the objective is to keep it as simple as possible, later lot of addtion is possible and I want to develop it in agile way and learn from the market about the coustmer requirements on it. For now this is my requirement. If I can get some traffic then I will come back to you for further development. Since it is a new thing I am also not sure how many people will like to use it . So I want to keep it simple and easy to use, and solve the problem. Also state how quickly you can develop this app.
