REDO FLASH WEBSITE make so we can make changes on site. not programmer driven

1. I want some to go to [[login to view URL]][1] and download the files. I have already done this but you will need to do it. 2. we want to reconstruct this site but put it up on another server. 3. the person who does this has to be able to edit it.. change things on 24 hour notice. basically the site was done, paid for and now for various reasons cant access it. 4. want a way where we can change menus and add things without requiring a flash programmerWe do not have php files.... You want to be able to change things outside the flash file. We can use xml file to store the dynamic content. So that you can only modify the xml and get results. Do you want to make every possible thing dynamic?(text,image files,sound files,video files and so on.) 1. home page a. would want to be able to change words Creative Modern Italian Cuisine b. want to be able to change welcome to anti etc. left block of text c. Very important to change the bottom square now has stags leap special event... and when i click on it it goes to the page for that event. that page should be able to change the info. On about us we would want to be able to change the pages that describe the buttons would it be possible to edit, change or add a button? or too much work to set this up? Wine bar.. should be editibable file.. do you have an examples of like how easy it would be to do this. right now we have to wait for the programmer to do it. if the programmer goes on vacation we cannot continue our operation so we must set this up in the right format so WE can do it. I understand you can break up the site and make xml sites for all the text so i could change the menu, wine lists, about me etc. I also understand there would be a way to change the graphic and text on page 1 where the the event is showing in the lower right corner. Please construct your bid. Spell out the costs of redoing the site a. if we have all the files.. b. if not c. how much to set it up with the xml editable files and d. Make it interactive so we edit things LIVE on the site and they are saved right away without having to ftp them. Please send your detailed proposal so we can make a decision. also stat how you would set it up so if an IPHONE got it it would go to regular html.. cost for that
