9gag Like WordPress Theme

I need a WordPress theme that is similar to 9gag , and have all the functions same as 9gag. 1. user registration, via social media 2. uploading system + resize image system 2. Voting system 3. A litle bar with thumbnails with the most popular (daily, yesterday, this week) 4. The next item an previous item with thumbnails on the site. 5. When you submit the image, the user must see the option to upload (like the example) anonymus or link to her/his twitter or facebook account 6. meme generator: when you upload a picture, you simply type in something in line 1 and line 2 - then, line 1 shows up on the top, and line 2 at the bottom of a picture... thats how the meme generator should work... so pretty much custom text over picture 6. The plugins should work with any template
